Information FalconEye processes
Depending on the features a server enables, FalconEye may process Discord user and server identifiers, display names, roles, channel and message identifiers, ticket or application messages, moderation events, verification activity, advertisement submissions, and dashboard account information.
Why it is used
This information is used to operate requested features, deliver messages and ticket replies, secure the service, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, maintain audit history, and let authorized server administrators manage their community.
Sharing and selling
FalconEye does not sell personal information. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, with authorized administrators of the relevant Discord server, or when required for safety or legal compliance.
Retention and control
Records are retained only as needed for the feature, security, support, and operational history. A member or server owner may request help reviewing or deleting eligible information. Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.
Security
FalconEye uses access controls, encrypted web connections, backups, and service monitoring. No online system can promise absolute security, so only necessary Discord permissions should be granted.
Questions or requests
Use the FalconEye help portal for support, privacy requests, or questions about these terms.
